Software Delivery

  1. Digital Delivery:

    • All our software products are delivered digitally. After the purchase, customers will receive an email with a download link and activation key (if applicable).
    • The delivery email is typically sent within minutes of completing the purchase. In rare cases, it may take up to 24 hours for the delivery email to arrive.

  1. Physical Delivery (if applicable):

    • For products that require physical delivery, such as software on USB drives or DVDs, the following shipping methods and timelines apply:
      • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
      • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
      • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day 
      • Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and destination.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once their order has been processed and shipped. This applies to physical deliveries only.

International Shipping

  • We offer international shipping for physical products. Shipping times and costs vary based on the destination country. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply.

Delivery Issues

  • If you do not receive your digital download link or activation key within 24 hours of purchase, please check your spam/junk folder. If it is still not received, contact our support team at hello@MoonBear.shop.
  • For physical deliveries, if your package is delayed or lost, please contact our support team with your order number and tracking information.
